Semi Private Training
Each person is doing their own personalized workout, but the coach is managing the session and guiding each person through their own workout. It’s not done by having a WOD (workout of the day). This is PERSONAL training.

In todays’ busy world, sometimes it is just not possible to go to the gym. We have online travel and distance workout programs so that you can still progress in your fitness goals from either the comfort of your home, or on the road.
